Our Students....
So who is the typical student in The IOM Academy? There is NOT a TYPICAL student! Some are hospital employees who were never formally or effectively trained to perform IONM. Some are new to the field and were given scholarships by IOM companies. Some are traditional students who find the field of Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring exciting and fascinating! Regardless of the students background, we are committed to deliver a tried and proven and professional education that will allow them to stand out from the crowd!

Nick's Story
Nick Rainer was an OR nurse that had already transitioned into working in IONM prior to being accepted into The IOM Academy. Nick came to The IOM Academy to increase his knowledge in IONM and to prepare for his CNIM board exam. Nick was an outstanding student and passed his CNIM exam on his first attempt!

Drake's Story
Drake Bumpus came to The IOM Academy while working in the field of Sleep Medicine. As a student, Drake was able to obtain a clinical position with a local neuromonitoring company in order to obtain his 150 cases. Upon graduation from The IOM Academy, Drake was able to sit for his CNIM board exam and pass on his first attempt.
